I made this brand because it shouldn’t be so difficult for women to find clothing that actually cares about your wellness. I was tired of checking fabric tags and seeing everything made from plastic fibers, so I spent 2–3 years slowly reinventing my wardrobe with natural fabrics that felt better on my skin and in my body. Along the way, I spent hours searching for well-made, affordable pieces that matched my style and standards for fit and fabric—but it was way too hard to find. So I decided to create my own.

At the same time, I had spent the last 5 years helping clients take care of their lymphatic system—something that’s often overlooked in wellness. I saw how many people were either unaware of it or unknowingly doing things that made it harder to feel well day to day. I realized one of the most impactful changes I could make was through clothing. Through natural fibers and intentional seam design, I created the SomaticSeam Mapping system to support the lymphatic & nervous system instead of restricting it. That’s how Somatic Earthwear was born.
