Each pre-order is reserved specifically for you, and payment is committed toward securing production.

The estimated production timeline is clearly displayed on each product description and at checkout, and the estimated shipping timeline is provided on the product description and in your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been delivered, our standard Return Policy applies, subject to the applicable return conditions and consumer protection laws.

This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights required under applicable law.
