Return Policy

At Soma Earthwear, each garment is intentionally designed and responsibly produced using high-quality natural fibers. Because our pieces are created through a limited production process, many items are offered through a pre-order & made-to-order model. Garments are made in small batches based on these models.

Items that are purchased in the pre-order phase will not be eligible for a refund until the item has been made, shipped & delivered. Once the item has been delivered, it will be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, items but be unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, instructions will be provided for sending your item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in their original packaging where possible

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After the item has been received by us, please allow 5-12 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

If you need to exchange for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate exchanges depending on available inventory.

Because Soma Earthwear garments are produced in limited quantities, exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We suggest ordering two sizes in your original purchase order, then returning the one that doesn't fit. This will ensure you get the garment you want.
