Many Soma Earthwear garments are offered through a pre-order production model to reduce waste and support responsible manufacturing.

By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that:

  • Your garment is not yet produced at the time of purchase

  • Production timelines may take approximately 6–8 months

  • Timelines may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, material sourcing, and global shipping conditions

Customers will receive production updates and shipping confirmation once orders begin dispatching.

3. Small-Batch Manufacturing

Soma Earthwear produces garments in limited small-batch production runs to support quality craftsmanship and reduce excess inventory.

Because of this model:

  • Certain items may sell out quickly

  • Restocks are not guaranteed

  • Some garments may only be produced once

4. Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on screen settings

  • Natural fibers may have slight variations in texture or appearance

  • Minor design updates may occur during production

These variations are considered part of the natural character of responsibly produced garments.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Soma Earthwear accepts returns for unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Items must be returned:

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • Free from signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Because many items are produced through pre-order production, refunds before shipment may be limited or subject to cancellation policies.

Soma Earthwear garments are designed with thoughtful garment architecture intended to support comfort, movement, and body awareness.
